When you're super fat and its because you having pcos.Doctor will give you medicines like metformin,hormone pills and etc and he will advise you to lose weight.The first line treatment for pcos is weight reduction.Cut your burgers,move your ass out and go for a walk,everyday,for months.If you have  small cyst ,you will be follow up until it goes,if large,be ready for it;hospital is otw..Still workout,eat less f*ckd up food so that you can see this page when I'm 87.Stay blessed
