7 Rules to Build Muscles
These are the 7 rules that every gym freakers & fitness rat should follow to get jacked:
1. Get 8 hours of sleep per night
2. Get at least 15 min of sun exposure daily
3. Eat lean protein at every meal
4. Eat fruits and veggies daily
4. Don't drink liquid calories
5. Lift weight(most important)
6. Stay consistent(always)
