Body Types - Lesson 1



Workout Lesson 1 
Before you start working out,know your body type so that you will have an idea how your training and diet should be.
For an example,if you're  ectomorph,your training should be short and intense,diet mainly  to prevent catabolism initially.
For endomorph,your training should include cardio and weight training together.So if you decided to join a gym,knowing your body type is the fundamental basic.have
